Physical Education Curriculum

Physical Education is dedicated to the development of a sound mind in a healthy body. The program involves students in activities, which focus on learning to move and learning through movement. The curriculum includes the areas of fundamental movement, sport skills, physical fitness and body management competence. Daily physical education is required through fifth grade. The interscholastic sports program begins in sixth grade and provides students with the opportunity to participate in the sports of soccer, volleyball, basketball and lacrosse.
