Donations – Why Give?

Since its founding in 1981, the mission of Montclair Academy has been achieved through the generous support of its extended community and contributions from outside sources. There are many ways to give – volunteering, financial gifts, student recruitment, and providing scholarships.

Donations

Montclair depends on charitable giving to carry out its mission and welcomes donations in many forms. By reducing the reliance on tuition alone, gifts to the Montclair Academy Annual Fund and other fund raising events support our financial needs on a daily basis. Gifts of all sizes are very important and are encouraged. Contributions from family, friends, corporations, faculty, staff, foundations, and alumni help fund the difference between tuition revenues and the cost of operating the school each year.

Volunteering

AMAP, the organization for parents and guardians of Montclair students, supports many activities and needs of our school. Volunteer opportunities range from those that require just a couple hours a year to a more in-depth investment of time. Building relationships with the school and other parents is a natural outcome of volunteering.
