What is the cost of tuition?
$13,00-$14,000 per year depending on grade level.

Do you have a financial aid program?
We do. Montclair Academy allocates approximately 10% of total annual revenues towards financial aid. Families must complete the paperwork to apply for financial aid. Please contact the admissions office for further information.

How many students are there in a classroom?
Our average class size this year is 14. We have one section per grade level.

Do you have a foreign language program?
Our foreign language program begins in early Kindergarten with an exposure program in Spanish two times a week. In fourth grade, students spend half a year studying Spanish and the other half Japanese. Beginning in fifth grade, students choose between the two languages and foreign language becomes a core subject within the curriculum.

Do you have an arts program?
Visual arts and music are key components of the overall school program. Electives such as visual and graphic arts, IT/Robotics, guitar, and drama are also offered to 7th and 8th graders.

What is your sports program like?
All of our elementary students have P.E. every day. Our middle school students, beginning in sixth grade, participate in a competitive sports program: the boys play soccer in the fall, basketball in the winter, and lacrosse in the spring; the girls play volleyball in the fall, basketball in the winter, and soccer in the spring. Our teams compete successfully with other independent schools each season.

Do you have before and after school care?
Our Extended Day Program runs each day from 7:00 a.m. until 8:15 a.m. Students arriving before 8:15 report directly to Extended Day. Children using the program after school are escorted to Extended at 3:45. They will be supervised until they are signed out by their parent/guardian. Extended Day closes at 6:00 p.m. and we ask parents to be prompt at pick-up. The fee is $7.00/hour. Extended Day is available on most non-school days during the school year.

Do you have a lunch program?
We have a hot lunch program every day. Lunches are ordered online and cost about $4.00.

Where do your students go for high school?
Students graduating from Montclair are admitted to the best schools within the Denver community. Recent graduates are attending:
